Hi! I'm Michelle, and my passion for pastry was born from the desire to create special moments through sweets.

Together with my husband, I run a catering service for events in Germany, and for the past four years, we have been making cakes and desserts for every occasion.

I started as a self-taught baker, experimenting and learning on my own, then I took some online courses. But the real turning point was the Molly Academy: a world full of extraordinary techniques that allowed me to grow and refine my skills.

I create everything, from desserts for Candy Bars to cakes for weddings, baptisms, and first communions. But what I love the most are children's cakes because they allow me to unleash my creativity, turning sugar and colors into dreams.

I love seeing the wonder in the eyes of those who receive my creations—that is the magic that drives me to improve every day.
